At Sarvadhya Ventures Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering the highest quality Laadli Bhog products. As our products are perishable food items, please read this policy carefully.

No Returns on Perishable Products

All Laadli Bhog products — including Makhana, Unpolished Dal, Organic Spices, and other food items — are perishable in nature and therefore non-returnable.

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food product once it has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

When We Will Help

Although returns are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will offer a replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged during transit — Product packaging is visibly damaged, torn, or crushed upon delivery.
  • Defective or spoiled product — Product quality does not meet the expected standards (e.g., bad odor, discoloration, contamination).
  • Wrong product delivered — You received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Missing items — Your order is incomplete and one or more items are missing from the shipment.

How to Report an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

Share clear photographs of the damaged/defective product along with the packaging.

Provide your order ID and registered contact details for verification.

Replacement & Refund Process

  • Once we verify your complaint with the provided photos and order details, we will approve a replacement or refund within 48 hours.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If a replacement is chosen, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost to you.
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Important

We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. This helps us resolve the issue faster and ensures you get only the freshest Laadli Bhog products.
