An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
In case of payment failure, please retry or contact your bank. We are not responsible for transaction failures on the bank's end.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 5–10 business days, depending on your location within India.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, logistics disruptions, or public holidays.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Returns & Refunds

All Laadli Bhog products are perishable food items and are strictly non-returnable once delivered.
Replacements or refunds will only be provided for products that are damaged during transit, defective, spoiled, or incorrectly delivered.
All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
